Non-able swimmers should stay in the shallow pools.

Children under 10 must be supervised by a bathing experienced swimmer over 16 years.
– Parents / adults are responsible for their children

Thoroughly body and hair wash before you put on your swimwear.
It is only permitted to use approved swimwear.
– Swimsuit, bikini, burkini, wetsuit, swim trunks, beach shorts
Children under 3 years should be wearing a swim diaper.

Snorkel, fins and mask is not allowed

People with contagious skin diseases do not have access to the facilities. Plasters and bandages must be removed before entering the shower.

Grottebadet are a tobacco, alcohol and drug free zone. Intoxicated persons will be expelled.
– It is not allowed to use snuff

Self brought food and chewing gum is not allowed
(without special permission)
– Do not bring your baby food in glass containers

Respect other bathers, follow the local pool rules, and always follow the lifeguard´s directions. Reprehensible behavior may lead to expulsion.
